Creative Sourcing houses a UK factory which manufactures jersey clothing with a fashion focus. Based in the East Midlands, we can source sustainable fabrics such as organic cotton, and customise using the latest printing techniques.

As well as adult and kids leisurewear, we specialise in baby wear. In-house needle scanners and poppers sourced from PRYM mean all EU health and safety standards are met. Our most popular styles are hoodies, joggers, T shirts, pyjamas and baby wear.  

TYPES OF CLOTHING WE PRODUCE

  • Casualwear: Cotton jersey and loopback styles including: sweatshirts, hoodies, joggers, sweat shorts, T shirts & tops.  

  • Kidswear: casualwear, PJ sets, bomber jackets and simple dresses

  • Babywear: baby grows,  zip sleep suits, dungarees, rompers, leggings, headbands and tops. These can be digitally printed or dyed

  • Bedding: cotton duvet covers and pillow cases printed in our factory

SUSTAINABLE

  • In-house decoration can be applied pre or post construction

  • Screen prinintg including water-based, plastisol, foil or flock

  • Jumbo screen print can be printed to panels before CMT (cut make trim)

  • Lead time: approx 6 weeks for bulk manufacture

  • MOQ from 200 units

  • All process done in the UK, meaning garments can be labelled 'Made in Britain'

  • Experience working with testing houses such as BV, SGS, Intertek

COMBINED SERVICES 

  • Fabric Sourcing: we can source various cotton jerseys and loopbacks, in organic cotton if required

  • Sampling: Salesman Samples to check fabric, fit and decoration

  • Set Blocks: No need for tech packs for our most popular styles

  • Garment finishing: woven labels, back neck prints, swing tickets, poly bagging & barcoding

  • Dye house: either Pantone dye fabric before CMT, or use dye house wash effects 

  • Digital Print: Sublimation Printing for polyester based fabrics, or Direct to Fabric for natural fibres such as cotton, silk or denim.
